The Hertsmere Youth Council is a group of young people who meet to discuss, debate and take action on issues affecting young people in the Hertsmere area. A youth council is somewhere that young people can raise issues and get their views heard by the people who can make a difference. It is also an organisation for change and also aims to promote the good work that young people are doing in the area.

The Hertsmere Youth Council is a group of young people who identify the issues important to young people and get their views heard by the people who can make a difference.

If you join the youth council you will have the opportunity to share your views and advocate on behalf of young people in your area, run campaigns and initiatives on the issues that are important to you, your friends and the wider community.

The voices and opinions of all young people in Hertsmere are important and need to be heard. The youth council gives you a safe place to meet, discuss and take action on issues affecting young people.

Anyone can take part as long as they live in Hertsmere and are aged 11-17.
