Kooth: Free Online Support

If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.

Young people in Hertfordshire can now get free online emotional and mental health support from Kooth.com

If you're aged between 10 - 25 and registered with a Hertfordshire GP you can sign up and have a chat with an online counsellor or therapist.

Our counsellors and therapists are available until 10pm, 365 days a year. They can help with lots of different problems including loneliness, bullying, depression, family issues, and much more.

You can also talk to other young people on our anonymous forums whenever you want, keep an online journal, and read our magazines about all kinds of issues. You can even submit your own magazine articles.

To access support you just need to register for an account on Kooth.com. Once you're registered you can chat with a counsellor or on our forums. There's also links to resources about issues that are important to young people and other organisations that might be able to help.
