West Herts College Watford Campus

Learning & CareersAdvice & Information

West Herts College is a general further education college with campuses in Dacorum, Kings Langley and Watford. At our most recent Ofsted inspection we were graded as ‘Outstanding.’ Each year nearly 12,000 students pass through our doors - around 4,500 studying full time – on their way to successfully completing their qualification.

West Herts College's largest campus is located in Watford town centre and offers students the ideal place to study and socialise.

We have a great range of qualifications to choose from. These include full-time career-focused courses and in-demand apprenticeships; foundation degrees and HNDs that are highly valued by employers; part-time courses so you can boost your CV or learn a new hobby and 14 to 16 'Headstart' courses to get you on a course you’ll love at college.

Whatever course you choose you can be sure of top-rate facilities and tutors with real experience creating the ideal learning environment.

We also offer higher education programmes through our partnership with the University of Hertfordshire and run a range of Access to Higher Education programmes at our Dacorum campus.

We work closely with local employers and community groups and offer courses at more than 30 community venues, including a variety of professional courses and pre-employment training at Kings Court, Intu Watford.
