Come along to YC Hertfordshire's YouthZone in South Oxhey to have a go at something new and meet new friends. You can develop all kinds of skills, and young people tell us that taking part helps increase their confidence as well as being fun. There's lots to do including arts & crafts, sports, cooking, Xbox, table tennis and pool.
There are currently four YC Hertfordshire youth projects at YouthZone:
From September 2017 YC Hertfordshire is running a new project on Monday evenings at YouthZone called the Onyx Project. It is for black or mixed heritage young people aged 13-17. For full details please click this link:
The Tuesday Project at YouthZone is for young people in School Years 8 and 9. You will have the chance to cook something new each week and complete the 'physical section' of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, as well as take part in the usual youth project activities including sport, crafts, Xbox, pool and table tennis.
The Friday Project is for all young people in the Three Rivers District aged 13-17. You will have the opportunity to complete the 'skills section' of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award as well as take part in the usual youth project activities including cooking, sport, crafts, Xbox, pool and table tennis.
The Saturday Project is a group for 13-17s living in and around the South Oxhey area. Come along to take part in the usual youth project activities including cooking, sport, crafts, Xbox, pool and table tennis.
The projects are all free and there's no need to book.
YouthZone is fully wheelchair accessible.

Age Range: 13-19, up to 24 if you have a learning disability

Monday – 6-8pm
Tuesday – 5-7pm
Friday – 6.30-8.30pm
Saturday – 12-2pm
