YC Hertfordshire Harpenden youth projects are open to all young people aged 13-17. Come along and take part in some of the many different activities going on in one of our after school, evening or weekend sessions. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Based above Harpenden Library on the High Street in Harpenden, the Harpenden Young People's Centre provides a space for a wide range of activities and opportunities for you to learn new skills in music, photography, art, cooking or you can just socialise and relax in the modern, welcoming youth centre.

The Harpenden Young People's Centre is also equipped with a dance studio, surround sound, a youth café and a widescreen TV.

All the activities are designed by and for young people and include sports, arts, cookery and multi-media activities.

The projects also provide information for young people on a number of issues that may be affecting their lives, for example, sexual health, relationships, drug education and personal safety.
