Markyate Youth Project is open to young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 with learning disabilities). Staffed by professional youth workers, it provides a space where young people can come and get involved in a range of activities: sports, arts, music, trips, outdoor education... It also offers information, advice and guidance. Come and get involved with the activities on offer and have a say in what you want to do!

You can develop all kinds of skills, and young people tell us that taking part helps increase their confidence as well as being fun. There's lots to do including arts & crafts, sports, cooking, Xbox, table tennis and pool. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Every Friday come and get involved in something new and exciting! From film nights to music events... Waltham Cross Young People's Centre is the place to be on a Friday evening!
The Phoenix Group for Deaf Children provides opportunities and activities for deaf and hearing-impaired young people aged 11-25 years. We have a youth group just for the deaf/hearing-impaired and we also integrate into other activities with hearing peers. Every month we have activities taking place across Hertfordshire and we also organise school holiday programmes.
