Tilehouse Counselling is a charity that provides professional counselling for young people in Hitchin and North Herts. This service is offered to any young person between the ages of 13 and 19 who feels in need of support. For those in employment we ask for an affordable contribution to our costs. We offer counselling support on issues such as parental separation/divorce, relationships, anxiety, sadness, self-esteem, self-confidence, bullying, school, college and work issues, eating disorders, self-harm, abuse and loss. We also offer counselling support to the parents/carers of children attending the service.
Relate Central and Northern Hertfordshire offers relationship counselling to individuals, couples and family groups. We talk honestly and openly and can support you with problems like family breakdown, problems at home, moving school or bullying.Counselling is free of charge to young people aged 13-19 at our Stevenage and Letchworth venues.

Signpost is a service that supports 10-25 year-olds get over difficulties they are experiencing in their lives. Signpost offers free, independent and confidential counselling services to young people living in the Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere areas.
