Youth Mental Health Hub is a website run by NHS Livewell offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.
