Youth Mental Health Hub is a website run by NHS Livewell offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.

If you're struggling with your emotional wellbeing and self esteem, come to the Fiesta Youth Project at the Cheshunt One Stop Shop on Wednesday evenings and enjoy a quality mix of activities including cooking, arts and crafts and much more.

Young people's health drop-in service. Teen Screen is a special confidential service providing an awareness of general psychological and sexual health issues designed for young people.
At the Southgate Health Centre in Stevenage you can get free and confidential testing, treatment and advice about all sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The Stevenage Contraception Clinic is now also at this health centre. You can get free condoms, femidoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy. There is a special walk-in clinic for under-25s on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm.
