The Inclusion Project in Hertfordshire

Post education life can be a tricky transition for people with learning difficulties and special needs. It can be difficult to find activities during week days that facilitate the lifestyle that young adults desire. The Inclusion Project is set up to help solve this issue. It's an initiative that promotes a healthy, social and active lifestyle for young adults with learning difficulties. It helps young adults to be included in the community. It's open to all young adults aged 18 - 25 and is led by a qualifed and experienced Grade 1 Special Needs teacher. Get involved today!
