Relate Central and Northern Hertfordshire offers relationship counselling to individuals, couples and family groups. We talk honestly and openly and can support you with problems like family breakdown, problems at home, moving school or bullying.Counselling is free of charge to young people aged 13-19 at our Stevenage and Letchworth venues.

The Wellbeing Service offers psychological help and practical support for young people experiencing a wide range of very common mental health problems such as worry, low mood, insomnia, panic and stress. We can help you improve your self esteem and reduce anxiety. We aim to teach you skills and techniques to better manage your symptoms and help you feel in control. The service is open to everyone aged 16+ and registered with a GP in Hertfordshire.
If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.
