At Guideposts Trust in South West Herts we offer a group for young people up to the age of 30. The group is for young people living with a mental illness. The group has 15 members between the ages of 18 and 30 and engages in a wide variety of social activities within the community.

At the Bedford Road Health Centre in Hitchin you can get free and confidential advice about contraception and sexual health. You can get free condoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy.

Charters Health Club in St Albans is set in the 60 acres of Highfield Park on the south east side of St Albans. The club has a range of excellent facilities available to members and non-members, including one of the friendliest health clubs and gyms in St. Albans. The 35 station gym provides a fantastic place to exercise, suitable for all abilities and our fully qualified gym instructors are always on hand to support you through our unique “DEMAND MORE” concept, helping you achieve your fitness goals at no extra cost.
At the Southgate Health Centre in Stevenage you can get free and confidential testing, treatment and advice about all sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The Stevenage Contraception Clinic is now also at this health centre. You can get free condoms, femidoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy. There is a special walk-in clinic for under-25s on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm.
