Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue are working in partnership with the Prince’s Trust to deliver the Prince's Trust TEAM programme in Watford. It's for young people aged 16 to 25 who are not currently in employment or education. On the 12-week programme you'll gain a qualification and work experience as well as make new friends and have an amazing time.

Improved Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) with Hertfordshire Wellbeing Service

The Wellbeing Service offers psychological help and practical support for young people experiencing a wide range of very common mental health problems such as worry, low mood, insomnia, panic and stress. We can help you improve your self esteem and reduce anxiety. We aim to teach you skills and techniques to better manage your symptoms and help you feel in control. The service is open to everyone aged 16+ and registered with a GP in Hertfordshire.
