Herts SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) helps men, women and young people living in Hertfordshire who have experienced rape or sexual assault, whether this has happened recently or in the last 12 months. Herts SARC has a team of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in advising and supporting you. This team includes specially trained Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs), who will care for you if you have been assaulted, liaising, where appropriate with police and other agencies.

Sexual Health Hertfordshire is running an outreach clinic for young people in Cheshunt and the surrounding areas. It's a free and confidential service based at the YC Hertfordshire Cheshunt One Stop Shop on alternate Thursdays, 5.30pm-8pm. You can get tested for sexually transmitted infections, contraception, sexual health support and advice, and much more.
At the Southgate Health Centre in Stevenage you can get free and confidential testing, treatment and advice about all sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The Stevenage Contraception Clinic is now also at this health centre. You can get free condoms, femidoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy. There is a special walk-in clinic for under-25s on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm.

c-card Hertfordshire is a sexual health scheme for young people up to the age of 25 years. You can sign up for a card and access free condoms across the county at our easy access points.
At the Bedford Road Health Centre in Hitchin you can get free and confidential advice about contraception and sexual health. You can get free condoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy. There is a walk-in clinic on Mondays for under 25s from 3:30pm - 5:30pm (no appointment necessary).
