PHAB stands for (PH) Physically Disabled, (AB) Able Bodied. The aim of PHAB is to let children come together regardless of ability. It's important to focus not on the disability, but the person inside. Everyone can be involved, whatever their ability! We work in the St Albans area and have a wide variety of members who can all come together during the school holidays.
