Volunteer with ESSA and you can learn to sail or paddle and assist their instructors with groups of young people. Volunteers who prefer to stay on land learn skills to keep the boats and site in good condition. ESSA is a charity for young people to learn about water activities. The centre is run by volunteers aged 12 or more who help out on land and on water. This is an opportunity to learn skills, meet new people and work together as part of the ESSA Crew.
